Good Father,
We come before you in the name of your Son, Jesus. Thank you for one more day that you have allowed me to live with my baby. I thank you for his life. Thank you for everything that you have allowed us to do in this day. I pray that your presence continues with us during the night. I ask that angels protect our home and deliver us from evil. Lord, bless my baby. I ask that you allow him to sleep well thru the night and be rested; grant him peace and sense of security in your presence while he is sleeping.
In Jesus name, Amen.
This is an example of a simple prayer that you can pray every night with your baby. While holding your baby in your arms, look at your baby and caress him while praying to God with a gentle voice.
