The Heart of Change outlines eight steps to manage change within an organization. Authors John P. Kotter and Dan S. Cohen believe that creating broad change in organizations is possible by having a focus in accomplishing change in people’s behavior. The proposition of the authors, although challenging, is a reality when efforts are placed in…
Advent Devotional: Love
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of…
Advent Devotional: Joy
Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces. Psalms 34:5 It could be impossible for any person to find joy in difficult and painful situations. But when God lives in our hearts, we find a joy that nothing can take away. Our God…
Advent Devotional: Hope

I think that, as Christianize as we may be, most of us associate Christmas more with gifts, parties and family time.
Why I don’t use “blessed” in my captions or hashtags
The word “blessed” has been very popular over the past years. You can see it now widely used to describe people’s accomplishments, possessions, or relationships. It seems that the overall message is that being blessed means having something or someone. We have fallen into such an individualistic and self-focused gospel that we decide to be…
No more half-filled or half-empty; Fill me UP
Today I had 10 minutes that I didn’t expected to have. I decided to give those 10 minutes to God as I am working on giving him more time and the priority of my life. Oh how many things God can do in just 10 minutes, you’ll be amazed! There are barriers that can come…
